This morning I gave Livy a hug and asked her if she was my best friend. Normally she responds with a very chipper, yes! But here's how the conversation went down...
"I love you Livy. Are you my best friend?"
"Umm... nope."
"What? Why not?"
"Because Daddy's your best friend."
*My heart just melted*
"Daddy is my best friend, but you are my best girl friend!"
"Umm... nope, I not. Because Daddy is the best boyfriend. He's the best boyfriend ever!"
How sweet! And I gotta say, I totally agree!
